Before requesting a quotation
- Request a representative lot sample and the test method used for outturn and moisture.
- Record crop year, origin, lot identification and inspection arrangements.
- Confirm loading, packing, payment and destination documentation in the contract.
Include volume, destination, preferred Incoterm and shipment month. For domestic India enquiries, include the delivery city and request an INR quotation; minimum quantities and delivery terms are confirmed per order.
